They like the idea of having more money as they have less overhead. The people that they employ are also more readily available to them and with the internet and the options that are available now they can be in constant touch with their employees just as much as if they were in the office, if not more so. Remote working and the credit crunch are going together in a positive way. They are a way for employers to reduce expenses and the employees are able to do the same.
