The prostate is a reproductive organ of a human male body. This organ facilitates the reproduction and storage of the valuable semen. In a healthy adult man, a healthy prostate is measured around three centimeters in length and is twenty grams when weighted. The prostate is found in the Pelvis, downwards to urinary bladder and just in front of the rectum. This male reproductive organ circumscribes a significant portion of the urethra, the tube that is responsible for transferring urine from the bladder when urinating and semen during the act of ejaculation or excretion. The healthy prostate also contains several small glands that constitute about one-fourth of the fluid that comprises semen. A prostate exam is a medical term and is commonly known as a DRE or digital rectal exam. This exam takes about 5 minutes for a doctor to accomplish. It is recommended to take long deep breaths during the prostate exam. It is said that concentrating on something else can make this exam, less uncomfortable. What is prostate exam? A prostate exam is an evaluation of the rectum. Once the prostate cancer is referred in the patients report, the physician is offered instructions on examining the prostate gland. The procedure: This examination is undertaken by a prostate expert. During the exam, the doctor or nurse inserts a gloved and lubricated finger in to the rectum. The doctor or the nurse then checks the prostate thoroughly for any sort of abnormalities that may occur. The doctor may also take a stool sample for further analyzation. Preparation for the test: As far as the preparation for the test is concerned, from the patient’s side, he needs no special precautions to be taken prior to the exam. The duration of the exam: The prostate exam takes about five minutes. The exam is not painful, but the patient may experience slight discomfort during the procedure. He must concentrate on something else, relax and take deep breaths. Risk involved during the exam: There are no risks involved in or associated to this exam. What exactly does the doctor examine? When a prostate exam is conducted, the doctor looks for lumps on or around the prostate, smoothness of the gland, swelling and tenderness that may exist. In this regard, the doctor moves his finger in a circular motion and identifies the lobes and groove of the prostate gland. In a normal sized prostate gland, a doctor would anticipate the prostate to be around 2-4cm long and triangular in shape.

70′s music charts
There were some really good rock music bands that came up in the 70′s, but none of them came close to the caliber of the super group Eagles. To their credit they had four albums and five singles at the number one position. Their ‘greatest hits 1971 – 1975′ sold over 28 million copies and was labeled the best-selling album of history. It surpassed stiff competition from Michael Jackson’s thriller and made it to the numero uno spot. Eagles was formed in the year 1971 and initially had four members in it. Glenn Frey played the guitar, Don Henley the drums, Randy Meisner played the bass and Bernie Leadon was good at playing various stringed instruments. Their first album released in the year 1972 was self-titled ‘The Eagles’. Their debut album made a remarkable entry into the 70′s music charts. Two of the song reached the top 10 and the others made it to the top 20. The Eagles has begun to leave their mark on the music world. ‘Desperado’, their second album released in the year 1973 went gold within a span of two years. In the year 1974, Don Felder joined them. The same year ‘On the Border’ which contained several super hit songs was released and within a period of three months it reached the top 10. By now, Eagles were regulars in the 70′s music charts. In 1975, ‘One of the These Nights’, their fourth album went gold in the same month, it was their biggest hit. The album got nominated for the Grammy awards. The Eagles did not stop here and continued conquering the top slot in the 70′s music charts. Here is a list of their other top songs. ‘Best my love’ was a smash hit and reached number one in 1975. This album brought them to a bigger audience. ‘Lyin Eyes’ occupied the number two slot on the Billboard charts and was also nominated for the Grammy. The 1976 release ‘Hotel California ‘went platinum within one week of its release, it also won a Grammy for song of the year. The next year ‘New kid in town’ topped the charts it continues to receive airplay even today. ‘Life in the fast Lane’ was the most hard rock song ever recorded by Eagles. It stood number 11 on the Billboard chart. The last and arguable the beat ‘Heartache Tonight’ topped the charts in 1979 and went on to win the Grammy for the Best Rock Performance by a Group. In 1980 the band decided to quit and its members moved on to solo careers. Fourteen years later the band made a come back and recorded a few songs. Eagles will remain timeless. It is difficult to imagine what the 70′s music charts would have been without the powerpacked music of the Eagles.

The international conference on climate change has four main questions that they are looking into. The first and foremost is just how reliable the climate data is. The climate change data is developed by computers, and there are claims that the information didn’t take various factors into consideration when they were developing it. So just how true this is, that’s what they are hoping to uncover. There has been an ongoing dispute about the cause of global warming, and the international conference on climate change is hoping to determine just how much of this is a natural occurrence and how much of it is caused by human activities. This will be important because we will than be able to determine if there is anything that we can do about it, such as cutting down on burning fossil fuels. Carbon dioxide is said to be the cause and the increasing rise of the amount that is being put into the atmosphere is very likely to be man-kinds fault. The international conference on climate change needs to figure out what they are going to do about this projected disaster. Things need to change but it is understandable that you cannot change something that is not completely understood. This is why they are trying to answer all of these important questions. The problem is that we have been wasting a large amount of time; we need to do some things that will attempt to help. There are many simple things that we can do, and you will find that there are many commercials that are trying to gain our excitement to help go green. This is an awesome attempt that has really helped to excite people to join in on these efforts. It still amazes me how many things have changed with big companies like Petco, Walmart, Home Depot and many other smaller companies that are helping to do their share in helping reduce the amount of carbon dioxide. They are putting out many donation boxes that you can donate your unwanted used items. Listen you are going to throw them away any how so why not just create a separate donation for the support of our world. I really hope that the international conference on climate change develops a good plan of attack so that we can finally all join together in the efforts to fight back against the grim predictions that we are bound to face one day. I really do not want to live in a world of world hunger due to animals dying, droughts everywhere and the many other disasters that come along with the rising heat.
